Important Delivery Information

Delivery of our balloons and decor is available Sydney wide 7 days a week.

In the checkout you will be able to select required delivery date, delivery time slot and calculate the delivery charge to the suburb you are wanting your balloons sent to.
Please include any message you would like printed on the gift card and, also advise any delivery instructions that could make the process easier and smoother. Be as specific as you can but please note that unfortunately, we cannot guarantee EXACT delivery time.

If you require a before or after office hours delivery time, you can select an out of hours delivery at the checkout for an additional fee. Please contact our office to discuss this option further if required.

If your bouquet delivery is urgent (within the next 48 hours) we recommend you phone our office on 0480 228 223 to check availability.

Please pay particular attention to the Float Time selection when ordering Loose Helium Balloons. All latex balloons have a limited float time as indicated on the product page.
