We try our hardest to honestly and accurately describe our products.
We encourage you to ask as many questions as you need to and carefully check your order in the checkout prior to purchasing as we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or if you have selected the wrong item.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you will need to email us within 7 days at sales@ballooninflation.com.au with a photograph and description of the issue with your item.
Once you have done this, we will reply with instructions on what to do next.
Please make sure you keep the item so we can arrange a return if goods are deemed faulty.

Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage.

We reserve the right to refuse the return or refund if it is deemed that the product has been mis-used in any way that caused the problem.

For inflated balloon products and decorations, we do not guarantee them after they have left our premises if you are picking up your order or after we have left your home or the venue if we are delivering your balloons.
