How far in advance should I order?
For standard balloon bouquets, same-day delivery across Sydney is available when ordered before 11:00 AM. For custom balloon arches, installations, and corporate events, we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
Yes! While our Haberfield studio counter is closed to walk-ins on Sundays, our dedicated delivery vans and event styling crews operate 7 days a week across all Sydney metropolitan suburbs.
Can I pick up balloons from your Haberfield studio?
Yes, absolutely. You can select free studio pick-up at checkout or order over the phone. We will have your balloon bouquets inflated, weighted, and bagged ready for a seamless collection at 169 Ramsay St, Haberfield.
How long do helium balloons stay floating?
Our latex balloons are treated with Ultra Hi-Float gel to extend float time up to 2–3 days indoors. Foil supershapes and personalised bubble balloons stay fully inflated and buoyant for 1–2 weeks!
